(via The Toad Stool)It is SO IMPORTANT to have a website that makes sense and is easy to use. Confusing websites and useless information and chaotic trails of links drive me absolutely crazy. I certainly hope that you think about the consumers experience when visiting a website rather than how hip the graphics are.
